Where can I find the shipping costs?

When you have added all the products you require to your shopping basket, click on the button 'Order now'. After entering or indicating the delivery address, you will then see a list of the different shipping methods and delivery costs available for each service. At this stage, it is still possible to cancel your order.

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs depend on several factors: the weight of your order, the delivery location and the shipping method.

Which courier handles the delivery of my items?

We ship your order with UPS, bpost or DHL. You can choose which courier you would like during the checkout process.

Is it possible to track my order?

Of course! You will receive a tracking number via e-mail on the day we ship your package. You can use this number to track your order.

Can I choose express delivery?

This depends on the delivery address and the postal or courier company. UPS and DHL offer express delivery, bpost doesn't offer this option.

Does anyone need to be present to receive the package?

Yes, the parcels are often too large to fit through a letterbox. If nobody is at home, UPS or bpost will deliver the package to a nearby pickup-point. DHL will make a limited number of new delivery attempts.

Where does the production of your products take place?

Our key tags and key racks are produced in Retie (Belgium). The other products are produced in Europe.

What payment methods are available?

On our webshop you can opt for: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, iDeal, PayPal, Payconiq, giropay and Sofort.

Is it possible to pay by card over the phone?

No, for security purposes card payments are only possible online.

No, Eurotag chooses to be as environmentally friendly as possible. You can find all of our products and information on our website.
